Activated VIP yet no Crystal nor Bonus Items

Hi! I need help i just activated my VIP yet i did not receive anything. In game it says VIP active but there are no crystals and I didn't receive any items.

BTW i think it's also a bug, when i logged in my coupons doubled in number i think there was around almost 800 the last time i saw it but when i activated vip it became 1600+ i don't know if this is a promo thing or a bug... ^_^

If it's the first time topping up on your character, then you should receive a First Payment Pack.
However, the First Payment Pack goes along when purchasing actual Crystals and not the VIP. If you buy a $4.99, you should receive it.
