        There is no record of a VIP purchase on your account. Was it the free VIP from the VIP NPC in Starglade that you activated? If you did purchase VIP, can you provide a screenshot of the receipt that was sent to your email, please?

            We need to know first though if you used the VIP Agent located in Starglade.
            Although, if you actually did purchase VIP, it should be located at http://r2games.com/user under VIP State.
