Cant Buy VIP

Whenever I try to order VIP, I get this message,

Timeout

I have tried buying VIP directly from the character, and from store.r2games.com
Any ideas whats going on?

Try writing a ticket , if you don't get a response in 24 hours or so PM me the ticket # and I will forward it for you and try to figure out what the issue is.
