    i am missing my 1000 crystals and my 1st time buyers gift pack

    i have spent 20 dollars on the game now 1st purchase was 7.99 for vip and i payed with ultimate game card i had an issue logging in their account so they credited my account with a 9 99 purchase and now i do not see the crystals
