guild and new function

Can someone tell me how much reserves and progress it takes to levels guild up to level 4 also can someone post the stats of the park banner plz

I believe a lv3 to lv4 guild is about 16 silver reserves , and you can go to the banner npc (beside the celestial insig npc) in Starglade to check the stats on each Lionheart banner.

white banner HP 601hp 1%hp , 5 armor penetration , 5 penetration resist , 1% attack / cast speed
Patck 40patck 1%patck, 5 armor penetration , 5 penetration resist , 1% attack / cast speed
Pdef 80pdef 1%pdef, 5 armor penetration , 5 penetration resist , 1% attack / cast speed
mdef and matck are same stats as patck pdef .
