xtal not recived

hi i bought xtal on dec 29th that i still have not recived on my warrior from s63 it shows the charge to my credit card and i have sent in a support ticket 2x now with no response and i cannot recall my payment due to it being a mastercard gift card i would like to get this solved soon due to the fact that i have not recived goods i paid for
