Gm please reply asap crystal issues

I started playing on the R2 servers just a few days ago on the new Server S68 i purchased the 4.99 crystal pack and didnt know it took about 12-24 hours for me to get my crystals so i did it two more time and the payments went through each time....Now its been like 2 to 3 days and i havent gotten the crystals or my frist recharge pack i sent out two tickets and now response to either one of them the ticket number are #28353 and #28444 please help i want to continue to play and have crystals and the special boxer bear please help me out

Plus i went to go and Check on the status of the ticket and its says invalid log-in but im using them email thats attached and the emails sent from r2 get sent to same email im using im a little irratated
