sorry to double post but its been a couple of days now and just wanted to update. Still nothing from R2 on the matter... from what I can gather from my own research is that I made a past payment with leftover ultimate points and this payment has yet to process and is holding up future payments. While it would be nice to get crystal for the chinese new year sale I just cant bring myself to care anymore after reading this http://forum.r2games.com/showthread....nse-or-does-it I just dont know what to say about the direction this company is going in. Its a shame it really is.

As he says, due to Chinese NY (01/28-02/06), there will be a delay in processing ticket orders and such. So try being patient with the R2 staff as they're working around the holiday schedule.
