recharge issue

i try to recharge with my debit card and it gets declined so i swap the money into my paypal acct and guess what it gets canceled and sent back to me wth how do i fix this issue its starting to aggravate me

I encountered this issue way back when, unable to recharge directly through R2 with plastic and PayPal. So I just gave up after awhile and started buying UGC cards online and using the codes as a payment method. Works smoothly for me.

UGC works well , other option is to contact playspan support and get them to see what they can do to fix the issue.
