I had try nice went submit in ticket, but I have question how could my payment incompleted 12days after 2/1/2104 and my Paypal account is show completed, my Bank statment has POsted that money been sent. Even on the 02/1/2014 it had even Show that credit for me make the payment for VIP status of $7.99
