For recent R2 login issues, please log in through the website starting with "https": https://www.r2games.com. In addition, the bookmark of the saved URL may still contain the word "http", please change it to "https". If this does not work for you, please clear the cache and cookies to complete the most recent update, or try again with another browser. Thank you.

    hi tech support, i made my recharge today and did not receive anything. my card account was deducted as well as i received confirmation that trade was succesful.. please check asap.

    Was it your first transaction? If so, it'll take up to 24 hours to receive your goodies, as it does for all first purchases. If it's not, check your R2 order history to make sure the transaction was completed -- if it's not your first purchase (or it is and you've waited 24 hours) and it's completed, file a ticket and you can later have a mod check the ticket order if the GMs haven't handled it.
