Was it your first transaction? If so, it'll take up to 24 hours to receive your goodies, as it does for all first purchases. If it's not, check your R2 order history to make sure the transaction was completed -- if it's not your first purchase (or it is and you've waited 24 hours) and it's completed, file a ticket and you can later have a mod check the ticket order if the GMs haven't handled it. -
