Issue still persist

Is there a reason why i go to support->Support-> Check ticket history-> i try to reply and i am unable to reply?

When i click "reply" i get a little red banner on top saying "ESC" and i get to post nothing at all. Is this some kind of bug?

Edit: never mind. I had to switch computers in order to see it.
