Could a mode please forward my ticket #54084 to a GM? I am still having the same issue.

Is there a reason why i go to support->Support-> Check ticket history-> i try to reply and i am unable to reply?
When i click "reply" i get a little red banner on top saying "ESC" and i get to post nothing at all. Is this some kind of bug?
