what r2 did in same cases happened b4?

in other game companies they at least recover and even extend the usage hour of vip and timed items based on how long players can not log in.

did r2 even do something like that?

Yes, Ama, all servers are shown to be GREEN status, but our cluster (the character server cluster, not the game server cluster, if they are different, which I believe they are) are DOWN. We can get into the game server, but then when your browser attempts to connect to the character server cluster (the ones holding all the toon info. for our '"game server cluster" S33, S35, S40, S45 etc etc) is the part none of us are connecting to at the moment. I hope they know to dig that deep in the hierarchy

All servers have green markers so, I guess they are "supposed" to be up

Looks like none can log to servers S33, S36, S40, S42, S45, S50 and S54 this I know for sure, there has been also a few reports of players from other servers with same problem.
