just reset your modem it'll renew your ip, that will likely fix it worked for me more than once.

dude all you have to do is unplug your modem for a minute and plug it back in lol its better than waiting for these idiots to tell you to contact your isp cuz theyre playing stupid

yeah I will try that if the problem hasn't been solved as soon as possible, Also I need to know why every ticket I send is regarded as issue resolved even though they haven't reply or done anything :<
