    paid for crystals but never received them

    Is it your first time ? If so, you may be able to receive the crystals in about 24 hours more or less. .-.
    If not; you should file a ticket http://support.r2games.com/ < -- here. XD

        you would think they would have a sticky thread by now "regarding first time purchases" so that people dont have to make new threads on the topic EVERY *Sings like rihanna* DAY

          ok , saying you didn't receive crystals does not tell me anything.
          I need a ticket # , transaction #, or order # then I can forward and get your crystals delivered much faster.
