dude try my method used google chrome browser then use this 8.26.56.26 as primary DNS 8.20.247.20 as secondary DNS it hope your problem again loading stuck like me will be resolve

go to Start left side below click then choice control panel
click network and internet connection
then click network connection
icon name Local Area connection right click on it choice properties
then choice internet protocol double left click
click advance choice DNS
