Lost Gems xD

Hi again

So i just wanna know is it possible for one to keep missing items O.o cause that day i lost 50dc now i just realize my gems are suddenly unsocketted from my equipment xD. i remember i did unsocket them from my slayer helmet to make 3 flawless into one perfect and thus leaving 3 socket free but i look into my purgatory armour 4 slots are free when it should be fully socketted with flawless amber gems xD i tried looking into other equipment too and found out my epic zodiac armour has one missing slot too xD. i remember clearly i have make all free slots flawless for each equipment.... so its yet another missing items mystery xD i would give screenshots this time.

i have also checked my inventory and vault to make sure i didnt store those flawless gems but ended up couldnt find any xD it just disappeared again huhu. Lost 5 flawless amber gems xD

Provide the screen shots in jpeg format and a brief explanation of what happened and someone will look into it.
Also if you could provide approximate times for when the games went missing that would be helpful as well.
