        it opens on the 31st of May. It even says 31-5-2014

          As pointed out and shown by your mates, it is not bugged. There is an event date (May 31st) and taking the time to read the event description might just help appease your concerns.

            just wondering why the quartermaster exchange is closed when it says unlimited and all day how are we suposed to turn them in if it is closed
