  • Missing XTAL!

    Well i recharged for VIP with a $20 UGC.. I still has points left from my last recharge, I bought the VIP and had 1500 points left.. So i bought a $10 xtal pack and a $5 xtal pack.. None have come through ( my VIP has ) and my ultimatepay account shows i have 0 points.. What is going on?

    Were these attempts your first transactions? If so, it may take up to 24 hours for everything to process. Aside from that, do make sure your purchases were successfully completed - you can confirm so by accessing the My R2 section of your account and viewing your Order History. Sometimes transactions just sit there incompleted. If this was not your first purchase on the particular toon (or it was and has been over 24 hours), file a ticket here: http://support.r2games.com/. Include a brief description of the issue, your order numbers, and the ticket staff will get you sorted from there.
