As previously stated, the IGNs provided thus far have been forwarded. The issue will be looked into and fixed by the appropriate team when they are on-duty. Beyond that, you will simply need to sit tight.

I made a character on S72 and started trying to view every character from s70 i could remember. None of them exist anymore.
I think it would be safe to guess that all characters from the server before the merge have been erased or misplaced.
