I am S6 west PVP and would like to change to S1 east PVP because S6 is dead and most people weak(OP people dont fight much), and S1 been up longer then S6 so this is fair and east PVP Is better time zone for me.

You just have to sit back and wait for a merge to happen, even though the odds are really small since most servers got merged already.
