Help finding server

I am looking for a PVP server with english talking people. I've tried 3 servers, and in all 3, people were chatting in a language I don't understand. I don't want be left out, so any help is appreciated.

There will be players of multiple languages on almost any server , from what I have noticed seems like the majority of players speak English even if it is not their 1st language :3

If I were you, I'd wait for the next server which will HOPEFULLY be PVP east, therefore you won't be left behind in level, and also most new server people talk english.
