hi good day, ive play crystal saga yesterday and i online after 12 hours then when ive tried to log in, no char available, i need to create new one, im level 25 and i dont want to start again in level one. So plss help me with this problem, my character name 18thANGEL, im using facebook account , hope you entertain my post,

Also make sure you are selecting the same server when you log in , all servers have different characters , if you create a character on s1 it can only be played by logging into s1 ect.
And please do not post your email on forums ever , it's just a bad idea. I removed it from your post.
