As far as I have been seeing, the problems of balance in Seng... are infact, a large and in some cases the only reason the player base is so small on some servers.
After the merger our server had a great amount of player but the events in Seng (Scions and Heavily cashed Scions along with the other Seng issues)....The populace decreased by easily half within a very short period of time.

Would just like to point out that this really screws up servers with small playerbases where there's barely enough people to finish one Seng let alone 2 within an hour. I know on my server that if you had scion and non-scion PLUS the level restrictions, you'd have like 3-4 scions in one division and 6-7 in another. As for the rest of the server who PvP, you'd have ~15 mortals in one division and 2-3 in the other... I mean seriously, some servers you can't split up for PvP any more than it is now.

But yes, they have from time to time made this happen in both. They tend to preffer to get their entire list of online guild members into one Layer of Seng thus making it so that they can herd the non guil pleyrs like sheep with their top Scions.
I see... you really should do something as a server about this.

The most recent tactic (if you can call it that) is of a certain guild which does not atttack any of its own members (if they are on opposing teams), they simply let eachother pass and creat a blockage around the Spawn Point, and sit on the Crystal to make it nigh impossible to target any enemies or defend. Then the guilds Scions, whittle the opposing Crystal of (depending on which top member they have in Seng at the time) and procceed to just farm non guild opposing team players, while the rest just sit around chatting an making sure that none can defend or get away from Spawn Point.

As for seperate Sengolias, there is often Seng L2, but that in this case is most often a non-event due to the same guild just sitting and waiting. If their chosen members of the day do not have all the Honor Points they wanted, they force the event to become stagnant, not allowing anyone to do anything but be farmed, until the timer is up.
That is both interesting and silly all at the same time. I thoroughly enjoy hunting down guild members for sport in Seng. Where else can you get away with killing a guildie :P But at the same time, the strategy they are using to boost their members is intriguing. Imagine being in a guild who helps its members gain honor and badges like that. Sucks for everyone else though.. Not much that can be done about it aside from rallying the world to go against them all as a group or talking everyone into protesting it with a mass seng log out.

Breaking it up into scions only/mortals only won't stop this from happening, unfortunately. It'll just make more instances of Seng for them to do it in.

Wow, that is such a great idea never thought of it but yet that really takes away from all the hard work that high level scions and overall really strong players have put into this game. I feel that maybe we could have a better balancer buff but yet its still slightly unfair to make it pvp and not just the same old seng everyday where you can't get kills cause everybody is too balanced.

I feel that with the splits sengs are going to be way too long. I feel that a better solution to this is to just make a better way of sorting teams somehow. It first makes blue L1 then red L1 then red L2 then blue L2 and this is a terrible method. All decent players will spam click into seng to get blue and they destroy in L1 and L2 blue has to few players and usually gets destroyed (this is how it is in my server at least). I feel that it should put a certain amount of lvls one each team so it is a fair and good battle the way seng should be.

Suggestions like this just make me think everyone wants easy silvers rather than work together as a team to accomplish the main goal, which is winning seng.

Low levels want high level people in their own events. Mortals want scions in their own events. If things were broken down by level, people will still complain about scions. If it was broken down into mortals only and scions only, people will complain about player levels.

Before scions and before lvl 100, people were complaining about lvl 80s in slayer gear, and wanted people in slayer gear to either not be allowed in or have their own seng.

If a suggestion like the one proposed in this thread, or any of the other threads really, does go through, there will still be complaints from the lower end of the bracket about how hard it is to kill the upper end of the bracket. Over time, there would be complaints about how few people are in seng, as people will continue to level up which reduces the number of people in the lower end. No matter what, there will always be complaints about how "unfair" an event is for some people.
This is Also true people will always complain but this might be difficult to do but if people are worried about low players in seng they should connect sengs in different severs then not merge just connect if one seng is full on one sever than it will go to another if you understand what am trying to say.
