Aside from filing a ticket, what else can we do to bring back the alt system in the client? R2 games please hear us, Thank you.

The R2Games Team does not read the forums. Moderators are responsible for reading all posts and responding accordingly. However, the team is aware of the issue and they are working to resolve it.
