  • Sengolia Battleground & Dragonspine

    recently i have been noticing that the team with the most eidolon or scion players always wins sengolia battlegrounds, and that doesnt seem fair to me. the stronger eidolons can do 200k or more to everyone so the mortals dont stand a ghost of a chance. i would appreciate it if R2 would change seng to be based on the plane of the player, scions eidolon and mortal all have their own battlefield. thank you for your time and i hope that something is done to equalize sengolia a little more.

    yes please downgrade starglade tour level requirement to lvl10

      So ur saying the team with the strongest players should not win seng??
      It dosn't matter how much u downgrade it or split it up, the team with the strongest players will most likely be the winners.

        this has gotten rediculous with unbalanced teams. when are you guys gonna make scions do their own battlegrounds? they kill towers and crystals in minutes literally!! how fair is this? it almost a waste of time unless ur on their teams.
        discuss&petition with your support of r2(casher and non casher) to fix this mess

          I hereby Dub this thread the main suggestion&feedback thread for adjusting Sengolia and Dragonspine in light of recent advancements for the betterment of everyone.


          If you have feedback feel free to leave it, or if you have any suggestions on how it could be improved post your idea.

          - my personal opinion is that even if Scions and Eidolons got their own Sengolia battlegrounds, it would finish in the same amount of time for them still. which would be unfair to a lot of scions and Eidolons who like to PVP at least for 5-20 min as well. can't count how many times others and myself have entered seng even as scions etc and it ended right then or couldn't even enter. no fun in that really. would be nice to see a appropriate contending zone for that which takes into consideration how powerful people are. like the crystal not even spawning for 10 min. anything I'm missing?

            We had a 10min server rule in which everyone agreed not to kill crystal before the 10mins were up. The rule was held til server merge then it died.

              I think if they do implement that for each plane, that'd mean there would be less perks as being a higher plane/level than another player. Even though I like this idea, still might not be good for R2's end.

              If they implement it they should make:
              More monsters (that will not be attracted to towers.) and deal higher damage (just deals 1 DMG!)
              Add more HP to the towers and crystal the higher the plane.
              Decrease the dodge rate of rogue. (Just to balance it out as we all know rogue is very, very overpowered.)
              Larger, more complicated map the higher the plane.
              Different spawn zones (so we can't be spawn killed as easily.)
              Mobs in Seng should do special attacks (ranged, stun, slow movement, etc.)
              Trap zones (just like a ranger's trap, traps spawn in various places in seng)



              I was also thinking, that maybe there should be like 3-10 different seng maps just to spice things up a little, make the game a bit more surprising. Looking at the same map everyday in PvP makes everything too simple, in my opinion.

                    Decrease the dodge rate of rogue. (Just to balance it out as we all know rogue is very, very overpowered.)
                    if your going to suggest the decrease of Rouges Dodge in Seng, then you might as well suggest decreasing the Mages passive skill in there also. Out of Rouges and Mages, Mages are more OP with their passive skill that can 1 hit 3/4 players at once.

                    But as a whole I do like this idea and agree with the whole Crystal NOT spawning for 10mins, so it gives players a chance to get some kills and earn badges and honor.

                      Perhaps Scions should have their own battleground. Eidolons at well. In that battleground, the towers are much stronger than normal - In Scion battleground, towers and guardians are 10x as powerful as normal and in Eidolon battleground, towers and battleground are 30x as powerful as normal towers. Well, something like that. Just make the towers much stronger.

                        well something does need to be done I miss the fun of Seng, the fun part is running after peeps and going 1 v 1 with them and having a joke about it in WC. Now its Enter...1min....Over

                          I think it should take a page from wartune with how they have the world bosses set up- kill it too fast or don't kill it at all and the next day the hp adjusts to compensate. This would resolve future new server seng draws (it's not really that much fun to run back and forth for an hour) and the old server 30 second seng with OP people who probably don't even need medals anymore.

                              I think that making it so you can't attack the crystal and towers for the first 10 minutes is good, but also I think the towers damage needs adjusting. As is you can ignore the towers completely and be perfectly safe, so I think it should be changed where each hit of the towers does 5% of your max health in damage. Since it is % based instead of raw stats the damage is fair for everyone, and 5% per hit makes the towers dangerous, without making them likely to kill steal people constantly.

                              I also think the crystal should have a damage reflect effect (like the enemies in floors 44, 58, 68, and 72 in ladder) to make it harder to kill. As is a single strong player can kill it in less than a minute- with a damage reflect it would still die fast, but the player would likely either have to slow down or get killed a time or two doing it.

                              I believe it has already been suggested, but make the enemies in Seng add some negative effects like stun, slow, or even paralyze. These would make people actually notice them, if not make them particularly useful. Combined with a boost to their stats so they don't die instantly (likely their damage reduction stat so as to not make them unkillable on new servers) and they may actually be a threat in Seng.
