I also disagree that players are complaining about having weekly events, that's not true it's the lack of new content mostly imo of what players are complaining. It's a fact that players need to get more content released to them to be more satisfied, like Soul Crystals, Pet Soul, "Soul" section when we view our characters. Just release new content more often and for sure your players will be happier.
Well okay, it was directed to their ticket system which is not helpful or they do not respond at all. Not sending ticketnumbers to your email adress so you won't be able to track your ticket, never getting crystals which haven't been obtained after purchase etc. That only applies to R2s partnersites tho, still it's R2s ticketsystem. Same with people who use inappropritate language / scam - they can do what they want, no ban, no temp ban, no warning. That's what I've expierenced so far.
Can't deny the connection between R2 and their partners, some of the GMs here are also GMs there.

Gotta admit that there is support, but it takes sometimes 10 mails and serveral screenshots to even habe the chance to solve an issue.

Most people on new servers love the events for the anniversary, so do casual players. Heck, not even 1% of the players is even using this forum.
But the players on older servers feel left out. We all thought that we are part of your game but the events don't help us.

Oranges and ladder events did help us. We were able to improve. I dont want to spend $65 in ladder to buy 200 ethereal wings to eventually get 1 upgrade on my wings. My bad luck on this is ridiculous, it makes me not to spend too much on chance based improvements but on soulshards. That's why we love them so much.

Starglade Invasion, Night Thief, Evil Clowns, Torches, it's all pretty time consuming. No lies, Night Thief Event drained so much time with so high expectations that the general disappointment is justified.

I'm not playing much since maintenance. I'm rushing my favorite dungeons, it's still tiring/too repetitive, and doing my ladder run. And then im bored because I have nothing else to do. This is already an eventless week for me. And the same applies to many other players. The last time GMs announced having huge events was the first GMUT exchange ever.

It's more content or more ways to improve. Not only improve their own char but to help friends improving on this game without needing to cash them up.
This week gives Soul Shards - that's it, ladder quests was more rewarding. All the shiny temporary stuff doesn't help anyone to actually get better in the long run.

Now we can get afk cards from the coupons (afk time wasted overnight to hopefully get a thief kill, pet exp pearls [would have been more exp for the pet if we had afk'd into average mobs], 2hr temp stuff [good for nothing - oh wait, maybe good to tempt people into cashing on greater mount token or therion], soulshards [only good thing]). You are only giving a small percentage of used up resources back. Oh i forgot, you are giving coupons to everyone for free now, great, thank you very much for voiding the last 2 weeks.
Pretty much what this guy said, plus the KoS list created during the event. All the time wasted to get an extra 20 or 30 SS was pretty much a waste of 2 weeks for most players. CE exchange + Orange seed event would of suffice. I would of gladly leave my PC on 24/7 for a week for CE exchange and not make enemies for 2 weeks.

It’s honestly not about the events for me that keep me in the game; it’s the people for me. I could care less if they had events (it’s not a big and major deal for me to have them.) There have been several changes in the game since I started here a while back; yes I am on a new account. Do I agree with how some things like leveling made easier has been implemented, no actually I do not. I don’t care about the events, nine times out of ten, I will barely do the events unless I really like them which is far and few between.

I would rather go back to a harder leveling time, but have bimonthly events that way R2 is not feeling the pressure of bringing out the same events all the time and maybe bringing a bit of creativity back into the game with said events. I enjoyed the Christmas event, the Valentine’s Event and the St. Patrick’s Clover, those to me where events that had some meat but you still had to quest to get said items or item.

I don’t think it neither obviously a bad game nor events are either, just if you don’t care for an event for a week, ignore it. It is not going to hurt you to not have an event.
