I am proposing a new free crystal system yeah doing the free offers is great and all but they can be a bit repeating at times. I propose that you guys do something like a weekly code that will give us say 25 crystal per code, The code can only be used once per account so that people don't start abusing this system by putting the same code in multiple times in a single days or week for that matter. This new system was used in very few areas and i believe it would be a great hit plus people would still have to buy crystal from your site to get the more expensive stuff so you win and your players win.

Lol What keeps the game running is people buying crystals... Imagine R2 giving crystal away [money]. This suggestion is not so well thought. 25 crystals to every player IN THE GAME? How about just make about 5 codes and post it in facebook.

What might be cool is some kind of hide and seek event (on the website or in the game) at unannounced times that have coupons that maybe 20 players can redeem.

How about r2 hiring
like r2 can hire its players (optional) for crystals like they can give us jobs which we can do and they pay us with crystals
same thing as posting guides cause if u post a real good one u might get crystals as a reward but this time r2 gives more tougher jobs that way we do a little work and we get payed
its a earn work with a earned pay so we can feel good also r2 can reduce their jobs by doing this its a win all idea

I don't think R2 will "hire" anyone unless they have a specific skill set that is useful to them.
