Sir, yesterday i recharges around 18000 diamonds, but still i cant swap. i have lvl 8 gem cherub to swap for lvl 9, or i have another things like Gem etc, but still cant swap. please FIX this because i did recharges for exchange/ Swap this event. ID = PLAYBOY, from S14 (Oceanic)

Recharges yesterday i mean, after Tyccon event over. and i tried again this morning 3999 diamonds, still cant swap the items
