Alchemy bug

I have 2 more days for Vip and when i loged in my alchemy showed 7 free attempts but i couldnt get any of this, and i spent by mistake some diamonds.
After a cuple of minutes my alchemy shows 2 attempts but stiil could not use them.

Hola no puede hacer click en los 7 free alchemy que tengo me sale directamente para gastar 10 diamantes no se por que y sigue marcardo 7 gratis pero no puedo tomarlos....

y en guilds no puedo hacer click en get wages me dice que espere hasta mañana para volver a tomar pero no tome nada cunado hice refresh nos e que le pasa...

y tengo un problema con el Vip no puedo hacer click tampoco en collect ya me sale marcado y eso que no marque nada al hacer refresh pueden arreglar eso por favor/.????

Yes the Halloween special offer hot even appeared and then disappeared, i recharged 4k diamond on this day, no rewards and no single recharge reward, getting more than a joke (UA30)

Had the same thing.
Did dragon-soul anyway, and I could collect them.
People having alchemy/vip issues, on my server as well but I didn't encountered them.

Yeah I was able to collect dragonsoul after. I will delete that. Please tell them to post on here and take screenshots so we can get comp for this.
