    Hi Gurothos,

    sorry if I bother you again, but after the last email i recevied, where R2 said me i was right and the admitted i lost rewards, i have been waiting till now to get what i paid for, without success.
    Honestly, this has become ridiculous and their behaviour unacceptable. Did R2 tell me that, just to keep me quiet for a bit?

    This is the email i sent few minutes ago... I hope you can give me any advise to solve my problem... I am really thinking to leave the game...

    i am writing again to you, cause, after your email, i waited till now to get my rewards, but nothing.
    I still miss what i paid for:
    - 6240 diamonds
    - 8200000 gold
    - 80 element crystals
    - 160 blessed stones
    - 80 seraph stones
    - 1 majestic angel mark

    I am forced to tell you, that i feel teased by you and R2 and very angry again.
    I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible with a positve and quick reply to this problem.

      If you submited a ticket I would like the number so I can relay it to a GM to have a look into it and give you an answer as soon as possible.
