Verify if your connection is stable, use VPN/hotspotshield/change dns, if that way doesn't work let me know.

Please change your DNS to google DNS and after that reset your connection and it should work for sure.

my stuck at this screen. already change DNS , IP to other country not helping. i had same problem with djin, couldnt move in guantlet ... but change ip helped, but not anymore. u guys want us to stop playing?Comment

White screen aswell,did everything mod suggested but still nothing. i also had problems in gauntlet and djinni

i have same issues with more stranger way. In this laptop i can login my main user(this one what is writed in signature also) . But all my 4 alts get stuck in loading like others before in this topic.
In another computer there all accs gets stuck in loading my main also.
Strangest is that why i can get in laptop and not in another computer(dont talk about network issues there is no network issues or speed problems). And why my other users cant login in both computers?
if you want print screen then look R27402079 picture exactly same point my alts get stuck.

Here we go again.. Connection problems here too.. Tried all mentioned again. Fun living in Sweden when the game hates us.. Or whomever it is hateing northern europe.. Please fix this problem, Dont want to stop playing cause everything is bugged for a handful of players. That neeed compensation just seem to grow bigger to keep us satisfied with all these problems..
