What exactly does this mean? That on our 5th draw, we are guaranteed to get something from the top 6 blocks? Can a GM please clarify?

I was under the assumption of the same thing. So yesterday, I purposely spent enough diamonds to get a 5th draw. But on the 5th draw where it says "Draw 1 time for Legendary" on top of the draw button, I landed on a non-Legendary block (purple block for 800 diamonds).Comment
