If you got the rewards for recharging 2k but not the diamonds and it passed quite some time after the recharge was done, please submit a ticket to our billing team with the problem.

Sometimes there will be a slight delay, always give it 60mins before submitting a ticket. That's why I always don't recommend people to recharge right before reset, especially if there is a recharging event going on.Originally posted by M_Alexandru View Post
