    Diamonds not received :(

    I recharged 1000 diamonds with MOL points today and I've been waiting for it to load into my account. However, I've been waiting for quite some time and still nothing. I usually get it the minute I recharge. Please help, my points have already been deducted from my MOL account.

    I'm not get my diamond

    Hi...i'm Indonesian Player, i'm usually use UniPin to recharge, that's always work..and today i'm recharge 500 diamond cause i need to join event where's that end today, but...i'm not get my diamond.

    I have the proof of transaction, try to wait for a while time, and refresh browser, but i'm still gain nothing.

    What should I do??

      iwe recharged 1000 dias wia PaysafeCard and hawent got them too and its 2ouers fromm then!

          File a ticket to support http://support.r2games.com/ with all these pics and post the number of the ticket here, so the FMs can forward it to be checked.
