Plz tell me why am I blocked? today (11/28/2019) is the last day of black friday event, i recharged but it stayed pending. after reporting the issues, i was blocked. WHY?
I had to save diamons for long time and today i recharger to get the Snow-queen hero with 95% sale off event. but now i miss that chance. Further more, tomorrow is last day of ticon. and im rank in top 200. Do i lost all that whitout any reason????
