I think its bugged to me because i done my first recharge worth of $9.99 2days ago i haven`t collect my 500 diamond bonus until now and i already sent ticket in LOA support we already have conversation about to my issue but they can`t understand my point and it result only to misunderstading to my issue here is my Case no. 299895

can you please take an action to this you sent mail but i didn`t receive my 500 diamond bonus reward.. what happen? my report takes too long already
btw Esmeralda in S248 Brightcastle server has the same problem with me and this day we also receive the same ingame mail but the difference is why he got directly the diamond
bonus but in me i don`t have diamond bonus what`s happen to my issue
