Loa purchased diamonds did not get them...

    Loa purchased diamonds did not get them...

    I purchased 2000 diamonds for $19.99 THEN AN ADDITIONAL 500 for $4.99 I got the 500 but did not get the 2000... How can I retrieve them?


    Very upset that I tried to recharge 2000 diamonds but did not get them.... I did get the 500 I also recharged....


    The funds where taken from my balance for both transactions.... But only got 500 diamonds.....

    How much time it passed since you recharge? the second one can take a bit more time, please have patience.
    Please let me know if you received them after a few hours have passed ( delayed process most likely ).

        OK, It's been a couple of days... The Diamonds never showed up, and messed up my recharge bonus too....

          Have you submited a ticket with your paymeny problem? ( screen-shot ).
          If yes, please reply me the number and I will forward it, if not, please do it and wait 24hrs for an answer.
          If after 24 hours no answer was received, you can give me the ticket number and I'll poke them.
