well they closed the ticket cause they claime there are another ticket with same issue. And now you suggest that I make another ticket?
And I dont have the ticket number.

go on suport and check ticket hostory or something, cant remember right, you might get there some ticket convos with ticket number

Well I've tried making a new ticket, and again just closed without taking action.
Wonder if theres a way to contact a support leader so theres can be taken some action, instead of just silly excuses.

You can check your ticket history HERE. If you are opening a new ticket on the same problem when there's already an active ticket then one of the two will be closed. Most likely the new one.

No i cant thats why I got a ticket.
And I did open second ticket because that first got closed with a wrong reason.
And then the second got closed to with another stupid reason.

It should be in the title of the email you received

They dont have the number, just the tread title.
