bugged fairies

[Zumentas]

1. Can not upgrade or evolve fairies : evolving and upgrading screens overcomes each other
2. Can not get extra damage and hp, MATK PATK points from deplyed fairies
3. It seems, that LOA do not recognize mY fairy Astrid
4. Can not get daily loot from 5 fairies.

Please help me, tired to complain - please take actions

I have filed a couple of tickets, one they closed because it had been over 2 weeks.... But I'm still missing 11 fairies! What is the problem? When are they going to fix this?
