2: I want to do submit a ticket in my R2 account but as i see they is are not the paysafe method of payment in your tickets.
I can't have my money back because it was a payment by prepayed payment cards so paysafe took the payments of the cards and accepted but R2 refused the payments and don't know why,so the money is still gone.
I can't translate my R2 account here,i want to know how can i contact a game agent to fix this problem the more quickly as possible and the before problem.
