Monthly Card Broken

I have received a feedback regarding the issue: "Please feel free to contact us if you still unable to activate it within 48 hours.". Also, now the card does not give error code and is gray and says "unactivated".

However, if they think I will pay again for something I already did they are mistaken! Will just stop paying on anything and probably give up the game soon...

The card does not add time to the current one that you have active.
Need to wait to expire, and then activate it.
