  • Missing diamonds

    Hello there . As the title says , I am missing 2800 Diamonds from my inventory. I discovered that today when I logged in. I checked and double-checked what happend ( also in LH ) but I did not discovered anything unusual.
    Arena challanges : made 10(as usual -max free option )
    Zodiac challanges : made 14 (as usual-max free option )
    Tidal pool challanges : made 410 points (as usual-max free option for 1-st part of the day )
    Raiders : explore attempts made 10 (as max free option )
    So the question is where are my 2800 Diamonds? Please , don't put me make prints..I can only print what I have left now.
    @Gurothos : Please some tech devs check this sittuation. Thank You verry much , have a nice day .

      You would need to file a ticket with attached screenshots to have them check your records.

        Ty but what's the point of thread ''Bug reports'' ? Just You mods tell us to file a ticket? I was hoping that section is for mods bump up our bugs,concerns directlly to Devs,Tech devs but seems not. For real, You should close this thread section bec we all know that we must file a ticket .
        (P.S. : The best way for a company that wants make profit it's comunication with it's clients - seems U started fail this day by day )Ty anyway... this is giving me with a bad taste for this game..already 2 years...almoust since it's begining and even now noone helps.

          Your situation is specific to billing and to your own account. There are people in r2 that handle those cases that I cant just bump up your bug concerns unless its a server wide issue.

            it's not a billing issue. I have recharged on 30-31 december last year and since then I'm colleting diamonds.=and now they are gone. It's not about that I have recharged yesterday. I think You mmissunderstood . Please have a check, thank You, have a nice evening.

              Since this is a unique case and involving diamonds we would suggest you file a support ticket instead as we mods cannot check anything in the back log. We will however report anything server wide or affecting multiple players. We could also accelerate your ticket if you haven't received any feedback within 48 hours.

                Thnk's for the reply AE. I cannot see at support section any sittuation as mine. So where I can file a ticket?
                Game issues/R2games account/Billing Issues has none of the sittuation I have been encountered. There for..In which section I can file a ticket?

                            I have filed a ticket but I don't know from where to see it. I did not consider at that time that I must make prints also with my tiket number. Can You guide me to find the ticket number?
                            Was good with the old system ticket. You can see the tickets that U submittted just loggin to account and check ticket history. NOw I cannot find the ticket history.

                              Btw. In our country (Romania) Vat is from 1.01.2016 20 % not anymoore 24% Yet, You charge us 24 % VAT. Now,who's blamable????
