Homested score fail

ua 20 - Homestead Score has been frozen for weeks. All the high score items I have added have not changed it at all. Am no longer buying or syncing stuff to put in - waste of resources. Am only working on the baby and the skills now

bought new mosaic tiles and still no change in homstead score or br. tried taking them out and putting back in again but nothing happens.
