Wheel Bonus Hot event bugged

You can clearly see that i'm at 640 points but i cant collect the 400 & 600 point rewards in the hot event called 'Wheel Bonus 1'

p.s i'm not the only one suffering from this, the person in second (The_Wife) and possibly others are too
