Wheel of Luck - The Prize from the end of the Event cannot be collected

Hey

I have exceeded the 600 points limit to receive both Basic and Super Prizes. Even thought i do not have the option to Collect the prize (it is greyed-out).

Note: I could have noticed that there is a discrepancy between the "Current Points" and the "My Current Points" tiles. Please see below a snapshot.

Please find a way to fix this issue It would be awful to spend a lot of Lotto Vouchers and Diamonds and not being able to redeem the rewards.

I really want my purgatory wand, and am sure everyone else want their prizes. Spent diamonds and time on this to rank 1 in an event.

many have this problem, many others who make 600 points on 1st day claim reward, but others like us can't reclaim price, new day (for me) and still can't reclaim price

Players affected and unable to collect rank rewards need to file a ticket and attach screenshots of their rankings if they have not done it yet.
