for what character info if this was problem whole server! just today around 14.00 server time we see this event... so we lost 1.5 days this event
and if not character info - you not report problem? and not check server's issue?

We always check for server issue, also maybe people should actually start read moderator messages in full and not first sentence.
This is our character on S289, now can i get character info or we will wait till event ends?

you check already on march 16... 16.17 server time... this event come to server march 16 around 14.00 server time after we ask mods from FB/GTA help to us... so they help more faster than you...
