I faced a sort of bug or glitch in hot events last night when I collected the compensation for cs tournament due to maintenance. There were 2 tabs lit in there, login 1 and that 500 royal marks. I first collected login1 then, when I wanted to collect the marks, it wouldn't let me. On another char I first collected the marks, it worked, but it wouldn't let me collect the login 1. This morning, when I checked, it returned back I already collected everything though the left tabs show gray buttons, frozen.

Checking this and answering, maybe solving the problem (as I really need those royal marks), it would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

. Issue is fixed, I could collect all rewards now. As I could do that for all chars it seems it is fixed for everyone who would have been affected by that.
