I spent 6k diamonds and 1500 attempts in the tree to get 1 place in the tycoon, and that in the end I can not collect prizes for 1 seat. Return me then all that I spent, or give me to collect prizes,

Tycoon Collect don't work
I have the same problem that RITA. I can't collect prizes for 1 place. -
My game was Down for 15 minutes and i only neede to make the last 6000 point to win tycoon and then i got in game Again Tycoon will not take the point i make before reset so i LostComment

Please contact support http://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=ticket&ticket_type=7 if you still cant collect reward for your place.
Also it would be nice if you post character and server information when report an issue.Comment

I have the same problem.
I won 3rd place in Tycoon but i can't collect rewards. I've made screenshots for :
1. me winning 3rd place
2. Azalea's icon that it says i don't have
3. angel Azalea is locked so you know i didn't unlock and that's why i don't have icon
4. hot events exchange for Azalea so you know i didn't exchanged the icon
